After serving 18 years on the Ventura Superior Court, Judge Hadden retired in 1989. Since then he has received over 100 hours of training in mediation at the National Judicial College and Pepperdine University. Judge Hadden is a runner who has hit his stride, by using his legal and ‘people’ skills to help litigants resolve their disputes.
