$2,500.00 per day estimated for arbitration proceeding unless otherwise agreed

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund if arbitration is cancelled 7 days or longer before the scheduled arbitration date. In other cases, refund of 1/2 of deposit will be made unless the scheduled time is re-booked, which will result in full refund.

Payment Responsibility:

Shared equally by each party unless parties agree otherwise in writing.

Years in law practice:

40 years as a legal practitioner with experience in employment (including discrimination) law, constitutional litigation, government benefits, family, landlord/tenant and other property, contract and business matters, and related legal fields in state and federal court litigation; including 32 years as a trial court bench officer.

Conducted hundreds of jury and court trials in all types of civil and criminal cases in the subject matter areas listed elsewhere.

Substantial experience training judges and lawyers in trial court processes and mechanics. (See "About Ochoa" at website: www.frankochoa.com)

Trained at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution in Mediating Disputes, Judicial Studies Program (2001), and by the American Institute of Mediation: "Mediating Commercial & Litigated Cases" (2015).

Southern California Mediation Association's "Judge of the Year" Award. Designed and Implemented Santa Barbara Superior Court's CADRe (Court Administered Appropriate Dispute Resolution) program.

Over 32 years as a trial court judge, as described above.

Civil and Criminal cases involving business, environmental, property, real estate, eminent domain, employment, family, probate, personal injury, contract, construction and construction defect, and virtually all other types of cases.
